2007 Champion
The Aussie blistered the course for 3 rounds and hung on to edge Mu Hu of Orlando & China for the victory. This is another big feather in cap for the top 10 in world ranked amateur and an ace of the Australian National Squad. Low final round scorer was Rob Grube of IL & Stanford who finished T3 with Chadd Cocco of OR & St Mary's college.
The SPC took on a "Top Gun" theme for this year onward in awarding an authentic Naval Aviator flight jacket to the champion complete with custom golf accomplishment patches. Kulacz is a "Top Gun" movie fan and now he will get his custom flight jacket preceding the 2009 SPC in Oklahoma.
Californians Michael Jensen, Lucas Lee, and Sihwan Kim tied for fifth.
