Adoption, Amendment, Repeal of Bylaws

Most of Bylaws can be amended upon vote of Board with some
provisions amendable only with unanimous Board consent; all subject to
objection by class A members at SPG meeting as may be called; all with
posting requirements & lapse of 45+ days before such amendments &
repeals can take effect.
